Terms of service

The terms on which we sell to you. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union.

Last updated: 28 July 2026

1. The seller

Goods on this site are sold by CERVO RETAIL LTD, registered at Whitebeams, St. Johns Close, Penn, High Wycombe, England, HP10 8HX, company number 13474265. Contact: info@harrowcollection.com.

2. Placing an order

Adding an item to your basket and completing checkout constitutes an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse an order where an item is unavailable or a price has been listed in error.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Polish złoty (PLN). Price includes VAT.
  • Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown before you confirm the order.
  • Payment is taken through secure Shopify checkout: Card, BLIK, Przelewy24, Apple Pay.

4. Delivery

  • Dispatched from the EU in 24h on working days.
  • 24h dispatch.
  • Delivery times and carriers per market: shipped with DPD, DHL or InPost — 1–2 working days in Poland, 2–4 in the EU, 3–5 in the United Kingdom and 5–10 for the rest of the world.
  • Free delivery threshold outside Poland: free over 249 zł (PL), €59 (EU), £49 (UK) and $69 (rest of the world).

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, send a clear statement to info@harrowcollection.com before the period expires. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed, using the same means of payment you used.

Our returns window matches the statutory period: 14 days from delivery, applied to every market we ship to, including outside the EU. Full detail is on the Returns page.

Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised — including a belt strap that has been trimmed to length — are excluded from the withdrawal right.

6. Conformity and complaints

Goods must conform to the contract. If an item is faulty or not as described, you may ask for repair or replacement and, where those are not possible, a price reduction or termination of the contract, under EU Directive 2019/771 as implemented locally. Send complaints to info@harrowcollection.com; we respond within 14 days of receiving your complaint, and if we do not reply within that period the complaint is treated as accepted. Commercial warranty cover: 36-month warranty on manufacturing and material defects — mechanical damage and normal wear are excluded, and statutory rights apply in addition.

7. Dispute resolution

We aim to settle every complaint directly. If we cannot agree, consumers in the EU can find the competent out-of-court dispute resolution body for their country through the European Commission's consumer redress pages at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. Participation in out-of-court dispute schemes: we are not obliged to use, and do not commit in advance to, any alternative dispute resolution body; consumers in the EU may still approach a competent ADR entity in their country (in Poland, the Trade Inspection and the district consumer ombudsmen), consumers in Germany may approach the Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes in Kehl, consumers in Italy may use an ADR body under Art. 141 of the Consumer Code, and the European Commission's ODR platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025.

8. Intellectual property

The Harrow Collection name, logo, product photography and site copy belong to CERVO RETAIL LTD and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales where the seller is CERVO RETAIL LTD, and Polish law where the seller is Harrow Collection Sp. z o.o., with the courts of the seller's registered office having jurisdiction over non-consumer disputes; consumers may always bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which you live.
